These terms apply to orders placed through this store. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain in force and prevail over contractual terms.

Products and prices

Product characteristics, availability and price are shown on the product page. Obvious technical errors may be corrected before order acceptance. The final amount and applicable delivery/tax charges are shown before purchase confirmation.

Placing an order

By submitting an order the customer confirms the accuracy of supplied data and accepts these terms. An order is accepted by the seller after confirmation in the interface, by email/phone or commencement of performance, according to the configured store process.

Payment and delivery

Available payment and delivery methods are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed. Risk and title pass according to applicable law and the selected delivery method.

Returns and withdrawal

Where distance-selling law grants a withdrawal right, the store honours it in full. The merchant-configured base period is 14 days where the right applies. Legal exceptions may apply to certain product categories.

Warranty and claims

Statutory conformity rights and any commercial warranty apply as stated for the product and required by law. Keep your order number and a description of the issue when making a claim.

Account and security

Users are responsible for account access and accuracy of supplied information. Abuse, security attacks, unlawful automation and illegal use of the store are prohibited.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to direct and foreseeable loss to the extent permitted by applicable law.
