This notice is applied together with relevant data-protection rules, including Moldova Law No. 195/2024 and the GDPR where either applies to the store or customer.

Data we use

• Contact data: name, phone number and email.
• Order data: products, delivery address, delivery/payment method and order history.
• Account information and support requests.
• Technical data necessary for security, sessions, the cart and abuse prevention.
• Preferences, analytics or marketing data only after you separately allow the relevant cookie category.

Purposes and legal bases

• Contract performance: ordering, payment, delivery, returns and warranty service.
• Legal obligations: accounting, tax and other mandatory records.
• Legitimate interests: store security, fraud prevention, error diagnosis and defence of legal rights.
• Consent: optional analytics/marketing cookies and marketing messages. Consent can be withdrawn as easily as it is given.

Recipients

Data is shared only as needed to provide the service: payment providers, couriers/logistics providers, hosting and technical suppliers, and authorities when required by law.

Retention

• Order and mandatory records: normally up to 5 years or longer where law requires.
• Account: while used and up to 36 months after prolonged inactivity unless another retention duty applies.
• Inquiries: up to 24 months unless a dispute or law requires longer.
• Cookie preferences are stored locally for a limited period and renewed when the policy version changes.

• Access your data and information about processing.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request erasure or restriction where applicable.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Receive portable data where the right applies.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Complain to the competent data-protection authority. In the Republic of Moldova this is the National Center for Personal Data Protection (NCPDP).

International transfers

If a supplier processes data outside the country/EEA, the store uses applicable legal mechanisms and contractual safeguards. The exact suppliers depend on merchant-enabled hosting, payments, delivery and analytics.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including access controls, protected connections, updates, backups and data minimisation. No storage method can guarantee absolute security.
